About Ingrid & Gavin
Ingrid Lotze and Gavin Moffat are a dynamic wife-and-husband duo, 2 x TEDx speakers, scuba divers, communication professionals, and co-founders of 7 t-shirts each. Since 2022, they’ve travelled to 30 cities across 12 countries, living intentionally with only what fits in a suitcase.
Their journey explores simplicity, resilience, connection, and thriving in a remote-working world. As speakers and coaches, they inspire others to choose experiences over excess, embracing an “AND” mindset in life and work.
Ingrid is a former Chairperson of Women for Afrika, and Gavin is author of Swimming with Sharks: Simple Business Guidelines for a Complex World.
