About Michael:
Michael Wader is a United States Air Force Veteran with over 26 years of service. He finished his military career as a professor at the United States Air Force Academy teaching Leadership. He established Leadership Excellence International, U.S.A. in 1995, and continued to teach Leadership Skills to corporate executives in 15 different countries over the next 24 years.
Today he is a member of four different Toastmaster clubs in four different countries. He is the author of six books, including his newest book, Lead Yourself First. Michael has given Leadership and “Active Longevity” keynote speeches in several countries and is known as the “Inspirational Catalyst” who is “power-walking” his way into his 4th Quarter Century of life.
Michael “Leads” and “Lives” by setting the example. He truly believes, “Your Attitude Determines Your Altitude!”
